Venezuelan opossitors to chavism have being attacked by subjets with firearms called “colectivos” (collectives). Those terrorists have one job: repel every protest against Nicolás Maduro, even kill every unarmed manifestors.
They usually have backup from police and National Guard in this infamous labour. It’s a patron that constantly repeated in every public manifestation against Maduro’s dictatorship.
But, april 30th, Polimiranda (regional police from Miranda State, with a governor chavista), face up a colectivos group what hiding in Transportship ministry and shooting against oppositors in Caracas. An unusual fact coming from security agents under chavism’s orders.

Sure you ask ¿Where is the “irony”? Well, 8 police officers from Polimiranda were sanctionated and the operations chief from that police squad were fired, only for shoot against colectivos and defend protestors.
That’s a low price for disobey orders from dictatorship. In worsts cases, they would get massacred like inspector Óscar Perez o torturated, like captain Juan Caguaripano.
